Owner: Joseph Bowen is a second-generation painter with over 25 years experience in all phases of painting and custom remodeling. Our company is fully licensed and insured through the state of Maryland and is in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Bowen Painting and Remodeling also carries full workers compensation coverage for all employees.
Our company is a member of the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA), Baltimore/Annapolis Chapter. Joe holds the privilege of being the founding president of the Baltimore/Annapolis Chapter with service from 2004-2005. Currently, Joe is the Executive Vice-President of the Middle Atlantic Council of the PDCA, Chairman of the Education Committee, and a National PDCA Education Committee Member. Through the PDCA's continuing education programs and seminars, our company and employees gain the latest technology and up to date product information.
